No deposit bonus policy:
This Offer valid for NEW account holders and only one (1) account per household, shared computer, physical address and/ or internet connection will qualify for this offer. In case multiple accounts are found, without any prior notice the management will close all identical accounts and all winnings will be forfeited
Household Accounts:
In special cases, two or more people within the same household may open accounts without it being considered as duplicates.
For an account to be considered as a household account, the original account MUST be an active depositor; and have contacted our customer support staff notifying them that a household account is about to be opened.
All necessary documentation must have been received in the original account prior to requesting a household account procedure.
Withdrawal Restrictions for Household Accounts
When one of the accounts within the same household requests a withdrawal, all accounts included within the same household will be subject to bonus restrictions and inability.
This is a temporary situation that will be reversed after seven (7) day period after the withdrawal being processed or if a deposit is made into any of the household accounts at any time during this period.
Withdrawal Policy
- Player may request one (1) withdrawal per seven day period. No withdrawals are permitted within 15 days from initial registration of an account.
- Your Deposit plus Bonus made must be wagered three (3) times on Bingo games or fifteen (15) times on Casino Games before being eligible to request a withdrawal.
- Withdrawal requests are processed on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Player must make the withdrawal request before 11:59 PM (EST) on Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
- Minimum withdrawal request is $50. ALL withdrawal requests below $50 will be rejected. Maximum monthly withdrawal limit on bingo and casino game winnings is $5000 ($1250 per week).
- Winnings derived from any complimentary promotional Bonus Bucks received by the Player are not eligible for withdrawal if the Player's Bingo Account has not previously been funded with a cash deposit within the last 30 days. Player must deposit $25 or more prior to requesting a withdrawal.
- Once a payout is requested, Player will forfeit all BB’s left in their account up to the value of the remaining cash balance. Example: A Player "x" has $370 cash in account and $250 BB’s. Player withdraws $200 cash leaving $170 cash in account. Player's BB’s will be reduced to 170.
- In order to ensure the withdrawal amount reaches the right person, all players making their first withdrawal MUST send us a proof of ID and proof of residential address (phone bill or similar) and all other documents as applicable These details MUST match the details listed in their account profile (name, address, phone number and email address). Use of invalid contact details will result in closure of account and all winnings will be forfeited. The documents can be sent toll free (for U.S. residents) via fax to (866) 878-2214, or scanned and sent by email to documents@123Bingo.com.
Players are requested to contact Live Help to know about all applicable documents needed for withdrawal processing .After sending the documents to us player(s) can contact Live Help to confirm if we have received their documents and if they are legible.
- 8. Withdrawal of deposited funds will be issued within 10-12 business days of being approved by our accounting department. In specific cases, a check will be sent directly to the player by courier. The charge for sending out a check, ($28.00-45.00) will be deducted from the withdrawal. The checks will only be sent out every other week on approved withdrawals.

- Once it has been approved by our accounting department, withdrawal amounts will be deposited into the account selected by the player at the moment of requesting it within 10-12 business days of approval.
- Management reserves the right to withhold payment of any winnings until the player agrees and provides our Promotions Department an interview related to their winnings for the newsletter and websites and further pending verification of the player's identity in which case we may request identification documents.
- Management reserves the right to deny a withdrawal request if a player has not funded their account within and prior to 30 days of any win (this includes any winnings derived from any complimentary and / or promotional bonuses, including Bonus bucks and cash).
- As per industry standard, withdrawals of $1000 or greater may be subjected to a longer processing period and paid as scheduled by management, with a maximum total monthly withdrawal limit of $5000.
- Winnings derived from NCB** will be rejected.

Instant Deposit Bonus and Wagering Requirements:
All deposit bonuses at 123Bingo are INSTANT. Your bonus amount will be credited to your account immediately. Bonuses and compensations can only be used on bingo games; in order to use bonuses to play any other game you need to convert your bonuses into cash through our "Convert BBs" button.

123Bingo allows you to convert your online bingo bonuses into cash in order to use your bonus money to play your favorite online Slots, Video Poker and Keno. Since at 123Bingo the use of bonus money is not permitted, we offer players an alternative --converting their bonus balance to cash in order to play these games by using the "Convert BBs" tab.
Step by Step Instructions
- Log in into your account (on web site only, downloaded version does not work).
- Click on the "Convert BBs" tab to your left once logged in.
- Enter the bonus amount that you want to convert.
- Click on the Submit button and you are done! You can always check the transfer on your Reconcile Report.
Rules of Transferring Funds
- The minimum amount to convert is $1.00 USD in bonus money.
- There is no maximum amount to be converted, however there is a maximum of 8 conversions per day.
- All conversions have a play through of 12 times the amount exchanged before it can be cashed out (unless stated differently by support or management).
- Players are limited to 8 successful conversion attempts per day. We cannot modify the number of conversions within a day nor can our Customer Service do this for you.
- Players attempting to convert bonus funds to cash for the sole purpose of cashing out the bonus amount right after making this conversion will be penalized by losing all the bonus and converted cash, and any payout requests will be forfeited. Please make sure you respect this rule. If you have not met the 12 times criteria, we will deny your payout request and processing until you have done so.
- Players with pending payouts or a balance higher than $200 will not be able to convert BBs to cash.
- 123Bingo has created this page with the sole purpose of converting your bonus funds into cash to be used in casino games.
- Exchanges are irreversible. Once you have exchanged your bonus into cash it cannot be changed back. Please make sure the amount of bonus you wish to convert to cash is the correct one. We cannot undo this process for you and will not make any exceptions if a player has transferred an incorrect amount to his/her balance.
In the interest of fair gaming, we require all players fulfill the wagering requirement below. This requirement is in the interest of fair play considering that any wager at 123Bingo site can return a sizeable winning.
Players’ Play Through Requirement:
You must wager at least (3) three times your last deposit’s amount for the bonus to automatically kick into your available balance.
* “Deposit Play Through bonus Requirement”, although constituting a part of, should not be confused with the “Withdrawal Play Through Requirement” which is wagering the deposit’s amount and respective bonuses a total of (3) three times for Bingo Games and fifteen (15) times for casino games.
** Non-Cashable Bonuses (NCB): In exceptional cases we offer NCB to our loyal Players. Player(s) are requested to re-set there Bingo account by contacting Live Help or exhaust the entire NCB amount before making deposit and requesting withdrawal.

- In case of system malfunction, we will refund all bets placed on the game. In which case 123Bingo will be under no obligation to pay players who take advantage of these occurrences and an alternative award may be determined on a case by case basis.
- It is the responsibility of Player to ensure that they read, understand and comply fully with all site rules and any national and international laws and regulations applicable to the Player.
- Management reserves the right to terminate any Player at any time without notice if found to be violating any of the site rules. In such a case the account will be closed and all winnings will be forfeited.

- The purchase of all cards is final. It is players' responsibility to keep their User Name and Passwords secure at all times, ensuring the prevention of any unauthorized use of the same and therefore accepts liability for any damages which may be caused by the misuse of the Player account.
